ANON Dark Spiced Cane is a bold, non‑alcoholic spirit created from a blend of natural flavours and botanicals. It delivers a deep, spiced profile with notes of winter fruits, vanilla and ginger — offering the warmth and character of a classic spiced cane spirit, without the alcohol.
How do you make ANON Dark Spiced Cane: The Production Process?
Following an extensive development process, during which multiple versions were tasted and tweaked, we blend the flavours and other ingredients at our distillery, before pushing the liquid through a process of sterile filtration before it is bottled, labelled, packed and ready to drink.

Water, sugar, flavourings, caramel sugar syrup, acidifier: phosphoric acid (E338), preservatives: potassium sorbate (E202), sodium benzoate (E211), antioxidant ascorbic acid (E300).

- 75ml ANON Dark Spiced Cane
- 150ml Warm apple juice/red wine (with or without alcohol)
- Garnish with a stick of cinnamon and/or a slice of apple and/or a touch of nutmeg
This non-alcoholic cocktail is perfect for winter gatherings with friends and family. The apple juice or red wine gives it a warm, festive flavour, while the ANON Dark Spiced Cane adds a delicious, seasonal twist.

- 75ml Darkwoods Snow Stone Coffee
