Creating the perfect Jungle Bird is all about getting the balance of sweet, sour and bitter just right. This can be achieved with a little experimentation so we recommend playing around with the quantities to find your perfect Jungle Bird.
Shake with ice for 20 secs, strain over fresh ice and smile.
Depending how sour your lime juice is you may want to adjust.
Both the
ANON ingredients have their own sweet notes too, so balancing the sweetness is important. Hence we add a Ginger spice drop for some more heat, but you could also try topping with some fiery ginger ale!

20ml Rose Syrup
2 strawberries
1 drop Cardamom
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
100ml Hibiscus Tonic
Garnish: Sprinkles of coarse ground cardamom,
food grade rose buds, slice of strawberry and mint sprigs
Muddle strawberry and lime juice in a shaker till pulped. Add rest of ingredient (except tonic!), shake with ice, double strain into an tumble ¾ filled with ice, top with chilled tonic.
Generous splash of Lime Cordial
Top up with Nirvana Brewery's Bavarian Helles Lager
Garnish with two sprigs of mint and slices of lime

Designed by Noah Villeneuve and named after the Velvet Asity, a native Madagascan bird, this cocktail is a riff on a classic Junglebird.
Drawing out Everleaf Drinks Forest with notes of Madagascan vanilla, the Velvet Asity is clarified with oat milk and blended with ANON Bittersweet Aperitif and Supasawa Premium Sour Mix. The drink offers a super silky and creamy mouthfeel and a translucent appearance. 0% alcohol and 100% vegan.

200ml of water
25g of butter
zest and juice of 1 blood orange
4 cloves
1 star anise
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1 bay leaf
1 tsp of maple syrup
In a saucepan, gently heat 100ml of ANON Spiced Cane, 200ml of water, 25g of butter, along with the zest and juice of 1 blood orange, 4 cloves, 1 star anise, 1 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1 bay leaf, and 1 tsp of maple syrup. Stir until hot but not boiling. Allow it to steep for a few minutes, then strain into glasses or a flask.
75ml Darkwoods Snow Stone Coffee
Add all ingredients to your glass over ice and stir,
garnish with coffee beans.
