If you are looking for some inspiration try the suggestions below, which are some of our favourites. You can recreate any of your own favourite cocktails by simply substituting the main spirit for our ANON alternative to have a clearer-headed non alcoholic cocktail.
SPICED CANE RUM & COKE
Ingredients
100ml Coke
Plenty of ice
Slice of lime
This is a great drink to enjoy on a hot day. The spiced cane spirit gives it a nice kick, while the Coke provides a refreshing sweetness.
ITALIAN SPRITZ
Ingredients
100ml Prosecco/Tonic/Soda water
Slice of orange
Plenty of ice
Aperol spritz is a classic Italian aperitif cocktail made with orange juice, prosecco and sparkling water. It's perfect for any occasion, from lazy afternoons on the patio to elegant dinner parties. This non-alcoholic version is just as good and so sophisticated.
SPICED CANE & COFFEE
Ingredients
50ml Espresso coffee (hot or cold)
50ml Double cream
Ice
Garnish with coffee bean
Serve in a Martini Glass, this cocktail is like an espresso martini but with a bit of a spicy kick. It's perfect for an after dinner drink or to give you a bit of a caffeine boost.
NEGRONI
Ingredients
50ml Gin (or non-alc. equivalent)
50ml Vermouth (or non-alc. equivalent)
Slice of orange
Plenty of ice
This is a great drink to enjoy as an aperitif or cocktail. It has a beautiful bittersweet flavor that is perfect for any occasion.
SPICED CANE COOLER
Ingredients
100ml Lemonade
Fresh mint
Wedge of lime
Plenty of ice
Spiced Cane Spirit is made from sugarcane with added spices, which give it a warm and comforting flavour. It's perfect for making cocktails with, and is a great alternative to other spirits. Lemonade is refreshing and light and goes perfectly with the spiced cane spirit. It's also great for quenching your thirst on a hot day. Fresh mint is added to the drink for a refreshing and cooling taste. Wedge of lime is added to the drink for a sour and tangy balance.
JUNGLE BIRD
Ingredients
45ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
25-30ml Lime Juice
7.5ml Monin Cane Syrup
7.5ml Monin Orgeat
1 HolyLama Cinnamon SpiceDrops
1 Holylama Ginger Spicedrops
Garnish with Pineapple Leaves, Pineapple Slice and Luxardo cherry
Creating the perfect Jungle Bird is all about getting the balance of sweet, sour and bitter just right. This can be achieved with a little experimentation so we recommend playing around with the quantities to find your perfect Jungle Bird.
Shake with ice for 20 secs, strain over fresh ice and smile.
Depending how sour your lime juice is you may want to adjust.
Both the
ANON ingredients have their own sweet notes too, so balancing the sweetness is important. Hence we add a Ginger spice drop for some more heat, but you could also try topping with some fiery ginger ale!
LADY GARDEN
Ingredients
40ml pineapple juice
40ml apple juice
Splash of raspberry puree
20ml elderflower cordial
10ml fresh lime
10ml fresh lemon
Slice of cucumber
This refreshing drink is perfect for a hot summer day. It is low in calories and non-alcoholic, so you can enjoy it guilt-free. The fruit juices give it a delicious fruity flavour, while the elderflower cordial adds a touch of floral sweetness.
APEROL
Ingredients
100ml orange juice
50ml lemonade
Garnish with dry orange and blueberries
This non-alcoholic cocktail is perfect for people who are looking for a refreshing drink that will help them to prepare for a night out. Aperol is a bittersweet aperitif that is made with a blend of herbs and spices, and it is perfect for mixing with orange juice and lemonade.
English Rose
Ingredients
20ml Rose Syrup
2 strawberries
1 drop Cardamom
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
100ml Hibiscus Tonic
Garnish: Sprinkles of coarse ground cardamom,
food grade rose buds, slice of strawberry and mint sprigs
Muddle strawberry and lime juice in a shaker till pulped. Add rest of ingredient (except tonic!), shake with ice, double strain into an tumble ¾ filled with ice, top with chilled tonic.
HELLES-ITO
Ingredients
Generous splash of Lime Cordial
Top up with Nirvana Brewery's Bavarian Helles Lager
Garnish with two sprigs of mint and slices of lime
Winter Warmer
Ingredients
75ml ANON Christmas Pudding Spirit
150ml Warm apple juice/red wine (with or without alcohol)
Garnish with a stick of cinnamon
and/or
a slice of apple

a touch of nutmeg
This non-alcoholic Christmas cocktail is perfect for winter gatherings with friends and family. The apple juice or red wine gives it a warm, festive flavor, while the ANON Christmas Pudding Spirit adds a delicious, seasonal twist.
Classic English Garden
Ingredients
150ml Lemonade
Fruit to garnish - feel free to add any (or all)
of apple, strawberry, cucumber and mint
We think our
English Garden non-alcoholic pimms works really well mixed simply with lemonade, but if you fancy trying something different then why not substitute half of the lemonade for ginger ale to make a super alcohol free pimms
Velvet Asity
Ingredients
Designed by Noah Villeneuve and named after the Velvet Asity, a native Madagascan bird, this cocktail is a riff on a classic Junglebird.
Drawing out Everleaf Drinks Forest with notes of Madagascan vanilla, the Velvet Asity is clarified with oat milk and blended with ANON Bittersweet Aperitif and Supasawa Premium Sour Mix. The drink offers a super silky and creamy mouthfeel and a translucent appearance. 0% alcohol and 100% vegan.
Peroni Fiore Spritz
Ingredients
50ml Anon Bittersweet Aperitif
15ml Elderflower cordial
25ml light tonic water
150ml Peroni 0.0%
Grapefruit or orange to garnish.
Add all ingredients to your glass over ice and stir, garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a wedge of orange.
Hear us out, the herbal notes of the aperitif match perfectly with cool hoppy beer, softened by floral elderflower. Give it a go and change your life!
Hot Spiced Buttered Rum
Ingredients
200ml of water
25g of butter
zest and juice of 1 blood orange
4 cloves
1 star anise
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1 bay leaf
1 tsp of maple syrup
In a saucepan, gently heat 100ml of ANON Spiced Cane, 200ml of water, 25g of butter, along with the zest and juice of 1 blood orange, 4 cloves, 1 star anise, 1 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1 bay leaf, and 1 tsp of maple syrup. Stir until hot but not boiling. Allow it to steep for a few minutes, then strain into glasses or a flask.
Ugly Step Sipper

75ml Darkwoods Snow Stone Coffee
Add all ingredients to your glass over ice and stir,
garnish with coffee beans.
